Our Guides

  • Camille Holden

Studio Meisō is a meditation and wellness brand founded by Conejo Valley local, Camille Holden.

A multidisciplinary practitioner, Cami holds advanced certifications in Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, Astrology, and Yoga. She began her journey as a facilitator by establishing Guided By Cami, a wellness brand offering one-on-one, astrology-inspired sessions in Sound Meditation, Reiki Energy, and Yoga. Over time, her work evolved to include Mindful Ceremonies, a Virtual On-Demand Studio, and immersive Wellness Retreats.

Cami’s energetic work is deeply influenced by her heritage and the wisdom of traditional Japanese culture. She also finds profound inspiration in the rhythms of nature and the vastness of the cosmos. She views astrology as an intuitive dialogue with planetary energies, one that fosters both humility and self-awareness.

At her core, Cami is a lifelong student and dedicated practitioner. She thrives in holding space for transformation, whether guiding someone through their first meditation or mentoring those stepping into their own path as facilitators. Through Studio Meisō, she continues to create offerings that empower individuals to connect with themselves and the world around them in a deeply meaningful way.

  • Crystal Quayle

Crystal brings a rich background in Elementary Education and a lifelong passion for dance, creative arts, mindfulness, and movement. A handful of years ago, she discovered Breathwork, a practice that quickly became a cornerstone of her personal transformation. Through consistent weekly sessions, Breathwork opened her heart in ways she hadn’t experienced before, deepening her self-awareness and emotional resilience.

After a year and a half of devoted practice, Crystal completed her certification as an Alchemy Breathwork Guide and as a Functional Breathing Coach. She is also a trained Usui Reiki Master and a certified Sound Practitioner. Her sessions thoughtfully weave together breath, movement, sound, and mindfulness, creating a nurturing and immersive space for healing.

Crystal is deeply passionate about guiding others through their own inner journeys. She feels honored to share these practices and looks forward to supporting your path with presence and care.

    Bari Gratton

Bari Gratton is a yoga practitioner, scholar, educator, and yoga therapist whose work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the creative fire of transformation. With an MA in Yoga Studies and a postgraduate degree in Yoga Therapy, she brings both academic depth and embodied insight to every class. Her teaching style blends ritual, rhythm, and real-life relevance, offering yoga as both an art and a science.

At heart, Bari is a spiritual pragmatist, someone who believes that sacred practice should be both meaningful and workable. Her approach to sādhanā, the dedicated path of practice, is devotional and down-to-earth. Informed by years of research on the Divine Feminine and the healing power of presence, she invites students into a space where ancient wisdom meets contemporary life. Her classes are not about performance, but presence; not about perfection, but participation. In addition to her teaching, Bari serves on the board of Sacred Spectrum (supporting neurodivergent communities through yoga), leads therapeutic yoga programs for youth with IBD at Camp Oasis, and collaborates with organizations like Girls With Guts to create inclusive, empowering wellness experiences.

Her guiding belief? That practice can be a form of protest, of prayer, and of possibility. And that every breath taken with intention becomes part of the wider rhythm of collective healing.

  • Saira Crawford

I am Saira Masood Crawford—psychotherapist, art therapist, and a woman transformed by love, loss, and the sacred unraveling of identity.

For over a decade, I have walked alongside individuals as they navigate their inner worlds, offering presence, compassion, and insight. My work has spanned government agencies, hospitals, treatment centers, and private practice. Even before I was a therapist, I was a seeker—committed to self-inquiry, shaped by my own therapeutic journey.

In November 2023, my life was irrevocably changed when my eldest daughter, Luna Isabella Crawford—the light of my life—was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. In the months that followed, everything else fell away. I entered a sacred stillness, devoted entirely to loving her through every breath, every moment, until her final transition on September 1, 2024.

With her passing, I too crossed a threshold. The woman I had been ceased to exist. My roles—mother, daughter, clinician, friend—dissolved. In that space, I was called to something deeper than theory or talk—I was called to embodiment, spirituality, and the truth of being human. I craved connection with others who had faced the depths of loss and emerged transformed. What I needed was immediacy, presence, and a community that could hold the weight of grief and walk with me through the wilderness of the unknown.

This path has initiated me into a profound trust in the intelligence of the soul and the resilience of the human heart. I have come to understand that within great sorrow, there is also great beauty. That in the breaking, there is also becoming. Today, my work is a living offering—rooted in depth, integrity, and a fierce compassion for those who are in the midst of profound transformation. I hold space for those navigating loss, identity shifts, and the longing for a more honest, embodied, and awakened life. Learn more about Saira here.
