    1. Do you offer any discounts for packages? Yes, we offer 20% off weekly treatments with a 4-week min. commitment and 15% off monthly treatments with a 3-month min. commitment.

    2. Where should I start? For your first treatment, we suggest a Reiki Treatment. This is also an excellent gift for someone special in your life.

    3. How often should I book a treatment? For optimal and ongoing wellbeing, we usually suggest 8-12 treatments over two to three months, followed by monthly or bi-weekly treatments for maintained benefits.

    4. What do I wear? Whatever you're most comfortable in. Light and loose clothing, and comfortable fabrics tend to be best. For Aromatherapy treatments, we will need access to the spine as well as clean skin.
