Find Your Frequency

Sound Meditation Training

A Six-Week Immersion in Vibrational Healing and the Art of Holding Space

Created by Cami of Studio Meisō and co-led by Tyler, founder of Westlake Yoga Co and of House of Meditation, his personal sound and meditation brand

Studio Meisō | August–September 2025

This training is for those ready to embody the healing power of sound.

Find Your Frequency is a sound meditation practitioner training for those called to weave presence, frequency, and ceremony into their healing work, or life.

Over six weeks, we’ll gather in immersive study and hands-on practice to explore the healing power of sound as a transmission of who we are. This training moves beyond instruments. It is a path of embodiment, and soulful facilitation.

Together, we’ll move through sound history and science, music theory and brainwave states, space holding and trauma-informed care. You’ll learn how to sequence sessions, create ceremony, and guide with integrity through engaging lessons. Along the way, you’ll find your own resonance, and learn how to share it.

The journey culminates in a live practicum, where you’ll design and lead a closing sound offering with your cohort.

What We’ll Explore

Find Your Frequency unfolds over six intentional weeks, each one a doorway into a deeper relationship with Sound, with yourself, and with the connection you share with vibration.

Over the course of this journey, we will explore:

  • Sound as a Healing Language, including vibration, tone, and frequency as tools for nervous system regulation and energetic alignment

  • Instrument Fluency, with hands-on training in crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more, plus the art of sequencing, layering, and spaciousness

  • The Energetics of Facilitation, including boundaries, presence, and the unseen language of breath, rhythm, and attunement

  • Trauma-Informed Practice, with guest teachings on ethical care, sensory sensitivity, and the responsibility of holding space for others

  • Meditation & Ceremony, exploring how voice, silence, intention, and ritual structure create powerful thresholds for transformation

  • The Business of Sound, including branding, legal foundations, and the art of communicating your unique frequency to those you are meant to serve

  • Final Integration, through creative practice, reflection, and a live student-led sound offering

Each session blends meditation, discussion, hands-on exploration, journaling, and ceremony. All designed to deepen your resonance and refine your voice as a sound practitioner. This training has grown with each offering, continually refined through practice, feedback, and care.

Along the way, you’ll be supported by a like-hearted community, with opportunities to connect through group practice, peer sessions, and an optional off-site Bonding Day experience.

  • This training is for anyone called to share sound as a healing art, whether you're a wellness professional, creative, or simply someone who feels the resonance and wants to learn how to hold space for others. No prior sound experience is required.

  • No, you don’t need to own instruments to begin. We’ll have a wide variety available to explore and practice with during training. If you're thinking about purchasing bowls, we’ll also offer guidance on what to consider. We do not suggest purchasing instruments until at least week 2 or 3 of training.

  • Yes. Upon completion of the full program, including practicum hours and final presentation, you will receive a Sound Practitioner Certificate and be eligible to lead sound baths and private sessions with integrity and confidence.

  • We understand that life happens. You may miss up to two full days of training. All content must be made up via buddy sessions and written reflection. Please email Cami and Tyler in advance to coordinate any make-up plans.

  • Each student must complete at least 8 practicum hours outside of scheduled training, plus suggested light reading and journaling. These hours include buddy practice sessions, and attending sound baths (4 class passes are included).

  • Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to support accessibility. If you need an option that is not listed below, please email us directly.

  • All sessions are held at Studio Meisō in Agoura Hills, California, unless otherwise noted.

  • Midway through the training, we’ll offer an optional off-schedule field trip to a local sound related experience. This is not included in the program price, but is highly recommended for connection and inspiration.

  • Cami and Tyler share a long-standing friendship and teaching relationship. Tyler was one of Cami’s earliest mentors in yoga, and their work has continued to evolve in parallel over the years, including during Cami’s time as Manager at Tyler’s company, Westlake Yoga Co. Find Your Frequency brings them back together, blending Studio Meisō’s ceremonial approach with Tyler’s movement-based framework as he launches his new brand, House of Meditation. This collaboration offers students a rare opportunity to learn from two distinct perspectives, unified by a shared devotion to presence, embodiment, and soulful facilitation.
